About this event

Why do I still want to be a facilitator? How can I keep developing myself? What else shall I learn more? Or …… I am losing energy about facilitation, what’s going on now?

As facilitators, the E&E (Exploit & Explore) Model that we are about to launch aims to enhance us to understand what outside and inner resources we already have and how we can exploit them. During the 90-minutes session, we will together explore more through the E&E Model under the IAF Core competencies (the competencies of E & F). To support facilitators’ professional growth, what we can Exploit and how we can Explore more about ourselves and facilitation.

Join us to deep dive with the group and construct our interpretation on applying the model to support our own professional development as facilitators.

Join us to have dialogue that you might need to:

- Login zoom with computer with camera on, so that we can meet each other “face-to-face”;

- Have interactivities in small group and plenary group in 90-minute session;

- Exchange experiences and learn from each other;
