Improving Substance and Behavioural Abuse Treatment

This presentation will promote improved diagnosis and treatment of substance and behavioural abuse. Dr. Jumelle will review various addiction types, illustrating them with examples from his practise. He will also explain his five targeted short interventions, their benefits and reasons that may indicate the need for advanced expert intervention.

Presenter: Dr. Fred Jumelle is a psychiatrist by profession with more than 15 years experience in medical psychology and psychotherapy. He practises in Hong Kong as a counsellor, psychotherapist and consultant expert in substance abuse.
