Learn the importance of sleep & establishing healthy sleeping habits for young people (online)

About this event

World Sleep Day is a global annual event & is celebrated on the Friday before Spring Vernal Equinox of each year. This year it will be on Friday, March 18, 2022.

The session is aimed at raising awareness about the importance of sleep for young people. The session will look at recommended sleep times for children of different age groups, what happens when we sleep & the importance of getting an appropriate sleep.

The session is for parents of children & young people.
