IBM Workshop

With the announcement in “The Forrester New Wave™: Conversational Computing Platforms, Q2 2018" , IBM Watson Assistant is named as a Leader in conversational computing. IBM is proud to offer developers another technical workshop with Compucon on Aug 23 that will help developers and enterprises to enhance the experiences on the use of Watson Cloud and Platform technologies.

In this workshop, we will talk about Visual Recognition and the IBM Blockchain Platform. The IBM Watson™ Visual Recognition service uses deep learning algorithms to analyze images for scenes, objects, faces, and other content. IBM Visual Recognition use cases include manufacturing, visual auditing, insurance, social listening, social commerce, retail and education. We will also talk about the IBM Blockchain Platform (IBP) which is a distributed ledger to hedge against vulnerabilities of errors, fraud, and misinterpretation--transforming industries as diverse as finance, diamond trade, supply chain logistics to flower exports. An overview of how to activate a blockchain network on IBP will also be discussed.
