Human Factor Mural is a collective learning experience designed to unveil the influence of emotional and cognitive mechanisms on mindsets and behaviors. It has been developed by a consortium of expert partners, including Humans Matter and the International Panel of Behavioral Change. The workshop focuses on a particular desirable behavior, prompting reflection on the emotions related to the change and the cognitive biases at play. You will also dive into a range of other human factors that could serve as levers or blockers of change.
