Is psychometric test equivalent to personality test? any difference between aptitude test and ability test? assessment center is suitable only for executive hiring or development only? for small and medium enterprise, how can we secure the quality and resources to run? What sort of tools or way of assessment should I choose?

This series of topics, brought to you by FIKA Solutions, will let you know how to evaluate the candidates for the purpose of identifying successor, selecting the talents, customising the development plan. After the completion, participants should be able to improve your own selection process
