The pandemic has forced us to self-isolate for an extended period of time. We now live, work and play within the confines of our home, and within the company that we share a home with. For many of us, this experience has been stressful, anxiety-inducing, overwhelming, and perhaps lonely. This 30-minute webinar dives into how we can set space and time boundaries and how we can practice self-care so that we’re able to cope, and perhaps even thrive, through this period of prolonged social distancing.
