Sonia Samtani

Founder and managing director of hypnotherapy institute, All About You

Sonia is a licensed clinical hypnotherapist and hypnotherapy instructor, NLP trainer, life coach, corporate trainer, family constellation facilitator, certified regression therapist, and public speaking coach. Sonia has been leading workshops since 2005, and designed several courses to facilitate deep healing and conscious living.

Sonia is a sought-after mental health expert and public speaker. She has been featured on TedX and in the media including the South China Morning Post, Cosmopolitan, TimeOut, Jessica, MarieClaire, Vogue and Tatler. At the end of 2020 she has launched her first book called “52 thoughts for Conscious Living”, which is available on Amazon.

Natalie Söderström

Model, yoga teacher and certified holistic health coach

Natalie is a model, yoga and meditation teacher with roots in Sweden and Thailand. Modeling for many years built her a strong foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Today she is a certified holistic health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York and has over 500 hours of yoga teacher training in vinyasa, yin-yang, yin and mindful meditation.

Sabrina Villard

Certified clinical acupuncturist & Tui Na practitioner

Sabrina is a shamanic energy healer whose unique practice melds ancient spiritual wisdom and methodology with an understanding of the contemporary ailments that afflict those of us living in a fast-paced urban cityscape such as Hong Kong. She began to work in the realm of energy healing in 2015 as a reiki level 3 practitioner.

Sabrina has worked with clients that include C-level executives of global companies and licensed medical professionals. She holds a diploma in clinical acupuncture and is a certified tui na practitioner.
