Hooping Yogis - Hula Hoop and Yoga Retreat

Hooping Yogis is super excited to bring you another fabulous retreat! We aspire to inspire with our creative hula hoop and yoga classes.

This four day retreat will leave you feeling empowered, refreshed and inspired. With playful hula hoop dance classes and empowering yoga sessions every day, you can focus on connecting to a greater sense of freedom and self-discovery.

Learn more about yourself, connect to like minded people, and immerse yourself in full relaxation mode on the beautiful beaches of paradise island, Koh Lanta in Thailand.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

* 4 nights accommodation in the beautiful Oasis Yoga Bungalows
* Delicious daily breakfast, lunch, snacks and fresh juices - all healthy, nutritious and fresh
* Morning Yoga Flow Class
* Daily Hula Hoop Dance classes (suitable for beginners and more advanced hoopers)
* Use of yoga studio, mats, hula hoops, and any additional props required
* Airport transfer pick up from Krabi airport to Oasis Yoga

SAMPLE SCHEDULE:

8am - Energising Morning Yoga Flow in our open-air yoga shala

9.30 - Delicious buffet breakfast (with many vegan, vegetarian and GF options)

10.30 - Beach-time! / Relax at the pool / Hike / Explore the island

12.30 - Pool-side buffet brunch

3pm - Hula Hoop Dance Workshop

5pm - Relax in a hammock / Spa or massage / pool or beach time

6.30 - Sunset beach walk / sunset cocktails or mocktails

7.30 - Dinner at one of the beautiful beach-side restaurants

** Day one will also include a moonlight Yin & Yoga Nidra session AND a welcome dinner with the group

THE RESORT

The gorgeous beach-side Oasis Yoga Resort, complete with beautiful pool immersed in the gardens, open-air yoga shala with moutain views, hammock lounge, pool-side cafe & restaurant (with delicious, healthy meals and juices) and both pool-side and garden view bungalows.

Each of the bungalows comes with private porch with garden or pool view, a wonderful place to relax and sip tea early in the morning; double bed (twin can be provided upon request); en-suite bathroom with hot water; fan and fridge. Pool-side bungalows also include Air-Conditioning

The pool-side restaurant will provide delicious, nutritious, healthy buffet-style meals, juices and smoothies, all with many vegan, vegetarian and GF options. Unlimited french-press coffee, herbal and black tea, filtered drinking water also provided throughout the day and evening.

HOW DO. YOU GET THERE?

The closest airport is Krabi International Airport. From there, the hotel transport will meet you and bring you Oasis Yoga Resort. It's all very simple, easy and safe.

WHAT ELSE?

Koh Lanta is a beautiful island to explore by car, scooter or by walking; with waterfalls, secluded beaches and many luxurious spas with easy access. We can support you in organising snorkelling trips, boat trips to the nearby, infamous Koh Phi Phi island, Thai cooking classes, Muay Thai boxing classes, massages and spa treatments - whether you want your retreat experience to be relaxing or adventurous (or a combination of the two), we can make that happen for you
