Hong Kong Monster Building Mini Tour 怪獸大廈微導賞

Welcome to our mini-guided tour and sharing, where we will explore the "Monster Building" located in Quarry Bay. While the name may sound a bit intimidating, this residential complex actually hides many beautiful aspects that are often overlooked.

During this tour, we will delve into the history and unique design of the Monster Building, exploring its origins and the architectural elements that give it character. We will also briefly introduce the concept of "Urban Room" and discuss how such spaces can promote community interaction and sustainable development.

The "Monster Building" consists of five residential towers, and the public cannot enter the private residential areas. Please be respectful while visiting the public spaces.


Adverse Weather Arrangements:
Typhoon Signal:
If the observatory issues a Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above within 3 hours before the event starts, the event will be canceled.
If all typhoon signals are removed or changed to Signal No. 1 within 3 hours before the event starts, the event will proceed as scheduled.

Rainstorm Warning Signal:
If the observatory issues a red or black rainstorm warning signal within 3 hours before the event starts, the event will be canceled.
If all rainstorm warning signals are removed or changed to a yellow rainstorm warning signal within 3 hours before the event starts, the event will proceed as scheduled.

The organizers will announce the latest arrangements for adverse weather through their social media accounts, so please stay tuned for updates.
Each registration is limited to 2 slots, and each email can register only once.
Participants must be 6 years old or above; those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Participants will need to navigate stairs and slopes.
If a registered participant is absent from the event, the registration fee will not be refunded, and no shopping vouchers will be issued.
Participants who are late by 10 minutes or more on the day of the event will be considered absent, and their slot will be allocated to on-site registrants. The registration fee will also not be refunded.
