Description

On 14th January 2020, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) will host the Hong Kong International CXO Forum. HKUST will be holding a press conference to announce the launch of the HK Customer Relationship Excellence (CRE) Index Consortium.

I also would like to invite you and your C-Level executives to join this significant Forum that will shape the future Hong Kong corporate brands with international benchmarking index and leading indicators.

The aim of the Forum is to foster exchange of views and insights with industry leaders; and the main emphasis on this Forum is the launching of our Hong Kong CRE Index research consortium program which is the first of its kind in Hong Kong that adopts state-of-the art big data computing technologies and uses data fusion techniques which have recently and rapidly been developed in top research institutions. HKUST and APCSC are developing this first CRE Index as a Hong Kong wide indicator of the health of the Hong Kong economy, as well as a tool for gauging the competitiveness of individual firms and predicting future profitability.

We want your kind involvement and support in helping us promote Hong Kong’s first CRE Index and make this endeavor an impressive achievement for Hong Kong as a leading brand city.
