About this Event

To become a sushi chef, it takes you years of training. To enjoy homemade sushi, it only takes one lesson at FoodCraft!
In This Class:
- Learn all about the basics and tricks you need to know about making sushi at home to enjoy with friends and family.
- Focus on how to cook the rice, how to make different shapes of sushi and how to flavor the raw fish. We will NOT be cutting the fish in this class as this will be a whole other level of sushi making and our aim is to get you set to enjoying sushi making at home :)
..Oh and please come hungry as you will be eating at least 10 pieces of sushi! Yum!
Join with friends and family! Private classes are available for 4 persons.
What Will You Learn:
- How to cook Sushi Rice
- How to make Vegan Hoso-maki (thin maki rolls) - good for Bento Box Ideas
- How to make a basic Nigiri-sushi
- How to make a Gunkan-maki
- How to make Temari-zushi
- How to marinate or flavor the fish

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
We will confirm your seat(s) once all fees are received. Deadline for any cancellation or changes(eg. rescheduling) is 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the event. All fees will become non-refundable after the deadline. Cancellation requests should be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the class for any refund to be processed.
