HKDI Gallery Master Lecture | Pluriversal Futures

HKDI Gallery proudly presents its first flagship exhibition of AY25–26: Pluriversal Futures – Ars Electronica Exhibition in collaboration with Hong Kong Design Institute. Originating from Austria’s renowned Ars Electronica Festival, Pluriversal Futures showcases award-winning works from the 2024 and 2025 Prix Ars Electronica. Co-curated with Ars Electronica Linz GmbH & Co KG, the exhibition invites visitors to explore immersive installations and experimental interfaces that reveal the transformative power of digital media.

The exhibition will also feature the winning project from the HKDI x Ars Electronica Student Talent Award 2025, presented as a joint initiative between HKDI and Ars Electronica, celebrating visionary ideas and innovative design by emerging talents. Through the lens of artists, scientists, technologists, and activists, the exhibition envisions how emerging technologies are shaping our shared future. This special accolade places student creativity alongside internationally acclaimed works—showcasing how education, art, and technology unite to shape a future without borders.
