HKCS Annual General Meeting on 9th May 2019

I am pleased to invite you to attend the 2019 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of Hong Kong Computer Society ("HKCS"), which has been scheduled as follows:

Date: 9th May, 2019 (Thursday)

Time: 6:30pm (registration will start at 6:00pm)

Venue: Mr & Mrs David T F Chow Lecture Theatre (LT-4), 4/F, Yeung Kin Man Academic Building, City University of Hong Kong, 83 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong

The business to be dealt with at the AGM is presented in the attached Notice of Annual General Meeting.

As a Distinguished Fellow, Fellow or Full Member, you are kindly requested to attend and cast your vote at the AGM. However, if you are unable to be there in person, you are encouraged to appoint a proxy to do so on your behalf, by returning the enclosed proxy form to HKCS office not later than 7th May 2019 6:30 p.m., via email (membership@hkcs.org.hk), fax (2834 3003) or by post.
