Tricia Yap is the Founder of Limitless HK, an internationally accredited strength coach, functional medicine health coach and a familiar face on the HK health and wellness scene. She has previously founded concepts such as the Warrior Academy (renamed Goji Elite), Bikini Fit Hong Kong, and was the former Director of Fitness at Goji Studios. As a wellness entrepreneur and former MMA fighter, she is an advocate for female empowerment and a key influencer in the women’s wellness space in Hong Kong.

Tricia is a writer, speaker and presenter on the topics of entrepreneurship, health and wellness – with experience at TedXTinHauWomen, The Women’s Foundation, TedxWomen Wanchai, Morgan Stanley, and many more.
