About this Event
Think you know Hong Kong? Think again! Join Mr. Max Michelson - the THS Athletic Director - on some famous and some-not-so famous Hong Kong hikes and bike rides while learning the history of Hong Kong, studying the biodiversity of the different islands and exploring the diverse terrain and landscapes around the city and off Hong Kong Island.
Requirements: Participants must be able to ride a bike without a training wheel and have some hiking experience. They will be required to carry their own water, snack, sunscreen, bug spray as well as some money on Octopus for public transport. Meet up at 9AM on campus and return by 1PM or later. Pick up will always be at an MTR station.Open for students aged 8-17.
About the F.I.S.H Course Leader: Max Michelson has been at THS since 2009. He has worked with classes in man levels from Kindergarten to Grade 5 and is the Athletic Director at The Harbour School. Max was born and raised in Hong Kong and loves the outdoors. He has brought various groups of various ages on hikes and bike rides throughout Hong Kong. He is also certified first aid trained.
