This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. A fun core training will be also be added to this class and post-workout stretch to cool you down in the end About <a href="https://www.instagram.com/sweatwitheunice/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Eunice </a>My journey for pursing physical and mental well-being commenced in 2017, the passion blossomed when I started out teaching group fitness and personal training while at the same time working as a Flight Attendant. And by practising yoga and mindfulness, it helped build my inner strength, centering my mind and most importantly, it kept me going with a clearer mind.Sweaty Betty’s mission is to empower women to look and feel amazing while living an active life resonates well with my mantra.As a wellness coach, my goal is to motivate and inspire people in achieving physical and mental well-being. I can’t wait to share with you more about my journey.
