Prepare for a dynamic blend of bodyweight workouts, resistance training, and high-intensity drills that will push your limits! Every two months, we will assess your progress with a performance test. Additionally, every 15 days, we will engage in a running session paired with bodyweight exercises.

- Discipline: Arrive on time or face 5 collective push-ups for each tardy minute.
- Hydration: Bring your own water bottle.
