Since 2022, we've been consistently sweating it out in rain, shine, or holiday. Now, IT'S YOUR TIME to join the ranks of High Intensity Functional Training!


Every Tuesday & Thursday, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM at

Tamar Park (RDV at Central Pier No. 10 by 6:55 PM—sharp)


Prepare for a dynamic blend of bodyweight workouts, resistance training, and high-intensity drills that will push your limits! Every two months, we will assess your progress with a performance test. Additionally, every 15 days, we will engage in a running session paired with bodyweight exercises.


Key Points:

  • Discipline: Arrive on time or face 5 collective push-ups for each tardy minute.
  • Hydration: Bring your own water bottle.
  • Exclusivity: Men only.
