Event description
A 2.5-hour online experiential session on human connectivity in virtual settings, with the goal of making remote-work work.

About this Event

Why is this important?

A lot of workers are forced to work from home due to the pandemic. What’s more, research says that remote work is likely to stay because it improves productivity, engagement and diversity - if it’s done properly! Otherwise remote could mean isolation, miscommunication and poor performance.

This session is an opportunity to explore the patterns of human connections and interactions in a virtual setting. It is not a lecture of ‘top-10-tips’, but a space to experience at a deeper level and learn from collective reflections. Previous participants have said that they “like that it was both virtual and experiential”, “love the way it generated dialogue”; and found the program “timely and helpful”. Let’s learn to unleash the potential of remote teamwork.
