Our Wellness Community

Her-Quest is a nourishing space for women to reconnect with themselves, other women, and the Feminine energy.

It's not a talking circle, but a unique space that is designed for "women who don't usually like women's circles" -- I nicknamed it an "introvert friendly holistic wellness sampler" 😉 which encourages safe, mature relationships amongst women of all ages and stages.

We share in Feminine Embodiment Practices that allow you to go deep inside yourself to discover more of who you are, what you need, and how to communicate it.

September's theme will be: HEALTHY BOUNDARIES.

I have been hosting these circles for over 5 years, and lots of women who never imagined they would like something like this (myself included) report it is actually the exact thing they have been longing for... 🙂
