Heart Opening Yoga: Tuesday 5-6 pm/ Thursday 11 am - 12 pm
This class focuses on shoulders and back care with heart opening. It is accessible for beginners, using various props, tools, and techniques such as breathing exercises, and introducing the heart meridian to activate the energy flow of the pericardium pathway and open up the heart chakra.
Crystal Sound Healing Journey: Tuesday 6-7 pm/ Thursday 12-1 pm
Each session is different and unique from what I sense in the audience’s energy. We start with various exercises, including breathing, simple body movements, and vocal toning. My intention in facilitating a sound journey is to hold space for us to journey to the heart space♥️, bathing in the sound waves of crystal bowls and opening up a space for practicing deep listening, from the sounds from the instruments to any visions, memories and intuition during the sound journey.
