Our NOC Hand Drip Coffee Brewing Workshop is for those who are curious about the world of coffee aromas and flavours. In the 120-minute session, you will learn the basics of coffee brewing, brewing a few of our house-roasted blends and single origins, and be able to describe coffees using aroma and flavour descriptors used by coffee professionals. Brewing kits will be prepared for every participant.
The workshop will feature:
- Introduction to Coffee Drippers and basic equipment
- Hand-drip coffee demonstration
- Pourover practice trial
After the workshop, you can get:
- 20% off on the purchase of the retail products
- 30g complimentary single origin coffee beans
- A pourover and brewing experience
*The 120-minute course will be conducted in Cantonese.
* Participants must be aged 15 or above.
*The registration deadline for each workshop is 7 days prior to the class commencing date. 100% class fee will be charged for all cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
*Minimum 3 pax to start; maximum 6 pax per class. Participants will be arranged in another class or be fully refunded if we do not meet the minimum number of participants.
*If the class is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund within 5-10 working days.
