All sessions come with refreshments! Chinese refer below:

Running

"Four Wheel Drive training" - Finding your 4 gears of running
Gear: Running/Trail shoes
Location: Tai Hang Tung Recreation Ground

Rundown:
Area 1: Discover your anaerobic threshold
Area 2: Discover your aerobic lactic foundation
Area 3: Conditional strength training
Area 4: Conditional technique training
˜20 min warm up, stretching etc. Then, led by the expert, we go through the 4 areas (˜5 min each) to complete one cycle. 3 cycles with different moves within and claim your report & ask for a personal training recommendation !

You will feel better in round 2, 3 instead of becoming more tired... Doesn't make sense right? But we tried it and it is true!

Swimming

"Stroke by stroke" - Finding your best form
Gear: suitable wear for indoor 50m pool
Location: TBC HK Island public pool

Rundown:
Area 1: Warm up, stretch
Area 2: Figure out your stroke
Area 3: Correcting & Practicing your stroke
Area 4: Importance of other styles + Q&A

Please bring your swim watch with heart rate sensor if possible. Forced to use public lanes will be used so please understand we may not have exclusive lane access. We noticed swimming is not a strong point among our asian racers, please let us to help correct that!

跑步

"四驅動力訓練" - 四大體能驅動基礎
鞋:跑鞋,可帶埋球鞋
地點:大坑東道運動場

內容 :四大體能驅動區域
1區 :練有氧/冇氧門檻anaerobic threshold 驅動
2區:練有氧低乳酸驅動
3區:練肌力驅動
4區: 練協調技術驅動

熱身20分鐘, 拉筋慢跑。。。然後我們一齊在這4個區訓練,每區5分鐘。全部一齊訓練,重覆三次。訓練完,觀看你的??報告,了解你的基礎,詢問適合你的訓練計畫。

重覆完成兩三輪訓練,不但不覺得累,反而感覺*更爽*!聽起來可以你會懷疑,來體驗一下你就知!

游泳

掌握正確動作,改善泳姿
裝備:須合適50米室內池
地點:港島區公眾游泳池(TBC)

簡單流程:
一:熱身及伸展活動
二:認識自己的泳姿
三:改善及更正動作
四:其他泳式及問答分享

若你有顯示心率的游泳錶,請攜帶參與工作坊。由於我們未必能租用團體專用的水線,請諒解並尊重其他泳客。過往我們留意到游泳部分是亞洲賽手較弱的一環,希望透過專業的教練分享,讓你的訓練更事半功倍。
