About Maggie

Maggie is a South Korean Qigong master, Feng Shui practitioner, life strategist, and researcher of Buddhist scriptures who moved to Hong Kong in 1996. She initially worked in the hotel industry, and later held a variety of posts in different international corporations, specializing in sales and marketing. In addition to this, she has owned and managed several restaurants, both in Hong Kong and Canada.

At one point in her life, Maggie felt the need to completely change her life path to search for something more fulfilling and meaningful. She thus decided to go deeper into her meditation practice, which had been her secret passion for over a decade by then.

Her meditation practice was initially rooted in and evolved from what the West had to offer. She then explored Zen Buddhism and Eastern philosophy and practices. Maggie is a successor of 'Hwarang Simbup' qigong, which has been secretly passed down since the 6th century in Korea. Owing to her deep interest in Buddhist scriptures and Eastern philosophy, she is also translating her teacher, Master Seolwon's, books into English to make them available to a wider audience.

Although she currently lives in Hong Kong, she regularly travels to India and South Korea to further her spiritual growth and development. Her daily routine starts at 3:30 am with meditation. She has been living her life as per her motto, 'benefit to all humankind.'

She shares her knowledge online as well as offline by teaching meditation, practicing Feng Shui, and offering classes for groups in various organizations, as well as helping individuals with healing therapy and life strategies using unique qigong and the Eastern methods.

She recently published a book, Qigong Master Reveals How to Get What You Want in Life, in Taiwan.on

關於Maggie

Facebook Pages @Maggie J.
