We're all about that casual ball pit chic look. Please wear comfortable footwear . Avoid stiletto, rubber slippers, flip flops, cleats or spikes. We do not allow guests going in the ball pit barefoot or with socks only for safety purposes.
Unfortunately this is an 18+ adult cocktail bar. ID's are checked before entrance.
Depending on the type of ticket you purchase you will be getting a time slot of 60/90 mins. During this time you can purchase drinks at the bar and enjoy your time in the ball pit.
Start/end for each time slot is 60 or 90 minutes (No Extension if you are late). Please be respectful of the allotted time and kindly leave the ball pit/venue once your time slot is over so new guests can come in.
To avoid any damage or loss, it's best to leave your phone and wallet in a safe and secure place outside the ball pit. We provide a cloakroom for our guests. If you really need to have them with you, consider using a secure bag or pouch that can protect them from the ball pit environment.
For cleanliness purposes we don't allow guests to take their drinks in the ball pit. Drinks are to be consumed in the bar area only.
Measures are taken to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for everyone. The balls in the ball pit are cleaned and sanitized regularly using a ball cleaning machine to maintain a high level of cleanliness. Guests are encouraged to use hand sanitizer before entering the ball pit.
Yes, we accommodate individuals using wheelchairs. We have created an environment where everyone can participate and have fun together.
We have a free cancellation or slot change up to 24 hours depending on the availability. We have a no refund policy for late show or no show and for persons showing up to the venue highly intoxicated.
At GLOWBALL respect for staff and fellow Glowballers are of highest priority. Please be mindful of it. Remember to stretch those muscles before you bounce into the ball pit for a ball-tasctic adventure.
