- 20-min sharing on why most people “cannot” meditate, and little known practical tips on better nervous system regulation, with experiential learning

- 40-min meditative and multi-media journey with conscious breathing and somatic regulation guidance, and the healing sound vibrations of a mix of Himalayan singing bowls and Alchemy Crystal singing bowls
