We’re are excited to be teaming up with H-Kore to bring you their signature Mega Circuit , a 40-minute, high-energy class that blends Lagree Pilates with strength and functional training. You’ll rotate through stations targeting strength, endurance, and core, keeping your body moving and your heart rate up from start to finish.
What to expect:
- Format: Multiple workout stations using resistance, cardio, and core exercises
- Flow: Fast-paced circuit style with short transitions between stations
- Intensity: Adjustable to all fitness levels , go at your own pace
- Coaching: H-Kore’s trainers will guide you through each move with proper form
What to wear & bring:
- Comfortable workout clothes
- Trainers/sneakers for support
- Water bottle to stay hydrated
- Sweat towel (optional)
