GAPS Level 3: Breakfast to your internal health

What will you make if you had to prepare a grain free, dairy free breakfast?
We want you to have a gut-healthy first meal of the day but at the same time, we don't want you to give up your granolas, pancakes and buns… So here it is! Our class will equip you with an old-fashioned American breakfast which is completely gut-healthy. As an additional recipe, we’ve included our original chicken sausage (this is not in the recipe book!) which we believe your child will love.
What will you learn?
• How to prepare your first meal of the day with a healthy gut menu
• Easy and quick morning menus that anybody can make
• Easy and delicious grain free pastry and granola recipes
• Our original chicken sausage recipe (not in the cookbook!)
• Which ingredients to choose (We will provide you with an easy reference list of recommended items for you or your helper to do shopping)
• GAPS Granola
• Chicken Sausage Patties *The Body Group Original recipe
• Peanut Butter Pancakes
• Banana Caramel Sticky Buns
*This will be a cooking demo and you will be tasting all the dishes.

*We will confirm your seat(s) once all fees are received. Deadline for any cancellation request is 24 hours prior to the start time of the class. All fees will become non-refundable after the deadline. Cancellation requests should be made in writing at least 24 hours prior to the class for any refund to be made back to your account.
