中国在全球风险治理中的前景展望 Future Prospects for China’s Role in Governing Global Risks

当今世界正面临一系列严峻的挑战。其中，一些挑战甚至威胁到整个人类社会，而且需要藉由广泛的国际合作才能够得到有效解决。比如，气候变化就是一个超越国界的问题，需要通过世界各国的共同努力才能得到解决。因此，能否为子孙后代保护好世界，将取决于一个良好运作的国际合作体系。中国在国际舞台上扮演着重要的角色，在确定这些体系的未来形态方面可以发挥重要作用。本次论坛将讨论几个最紧迫的全球挑战，以及如何缓和其带来的威胁，在全球层面需要我们对现有的处理问题的方式做出什么变化，如何实现，以及中国在应对全球风险方面可以发挥什么作用？

这一论坛由全球挑战基金会（瑞典）和清华大学中国应急管理研究基地共同举办。本次论坛将会包含小组讨论以及观众对话环节,并提供同声传译。

Today, the world is facing a number of serious challenges. Some of these not only threaten humanity as a whole, but are also such that they cannot be effectively addressed without extensive international cooperation. For instance, climate change is a problem that transcends national boundaries, and which can only be solved by the combined efforts of the nations of the world. Hence, preserving the world for future generations depends on well-functioning systems of international cooperation. As a major actor on the international arena, China has an important role to play in determining the future shape of these systems. This forum will discuss several of the most urgent global challenges, and how to mitigate the threats we now face. What changes to our present way of handling problems on a global level are needed, how can it be brought about, and what role could China take in addressing global risks?

This forum is co-organized by The Global Challenges Foundation and The Center for Crisis Management Research at Tsinghua University. It will consist of a panel discussion, followed by a dialogue with the audience.
