For this year's World Mental Health Day, we're offering everyone around the world a FREE class that brings together gentle and dynamic stretching, breath work and guided meditation -- in the comfort of your own home.

This experience is designed to help reduce stress, support your immune system and improve your overall well-being. The end result -- enhanced energy and inner harmony.

Everything you love about Barre 2 Barre studio classes, tailored for small spaces and translated into a fun and effective home workout. Equipment is optional, though light weights and a ball are recommended for added challenge and dimension.
