Founders Running Club (FRC) brings founders, investors, tech, creative people and startup enthusiasts together for weekly easy runs and networking. We like to be comfortable when we run and finish with coffee and conversations. Choose your pace or follow a pacer—pets, friends, family, are welcome.

You can store your belongings at nearby metro station lockers (at Gwanghwamun station, lockers are located between the exit 2 and the exit 3)

Show up and show your support. Spread the word, invite someone who might be interested. Volunteer for special events. If your local chapter needs organizers, consider joining the team. You can also donate. If you have a specific idea, shoot us a message or let the organizers know.
We're beginner-friendly, and our routes are typically wheelchair compatible. You can choose your own distance and pace, and hiking is also an option. We offer guided warm-ups to prevent injuries, and there are several pace groups to select from.
We usually meet and greet for a few minutes after the announced time. Then, there's a guided warm-up, we split into pace groups, and off we go. After the run, we head to the nearest coffee shop for more networking.
