Foodie is offering you the opportunity to go behind the scenes at Blue Butcher for a unique fine-dining experience. For three nights only, Chef Danny Chaney will be serving up new and never-before seen dishes on their menu paired with an eclectic choice of wines. During the course of your dinner, Chef Danny will seek your ‘expert’ Foodie feedback so not only will you have the opportunity to take part in an exclusive fine-dining experience, you will also be involved in shaping the new menu for Blue Butcher.
Having won ‘Best Chef’ at the Foodie Forks Awards 2013, Chef Danny has been rustling up mouth-watering, farm-to-table, nose-to-tail dishes using meat from their very own dry ageing room.
