This conference will draw together food scholars and practitioners to interrogate various food problems at the time of a pandemic crisis.

About this event

This conference is co-organizated by SEED and the City University of Hong Kong, this will divide to four section:

是次會議由香港有機生 發展基金及香港城市大學 辦,主要分為四個議題:

1. Sustainable Food Production in Asia (Time: 8:30-11:30)

亞洲可持續糧食生產 (時間:8:30-11:30)

2. Small-holding Agriculture Revisited: Towards Innovative Food Environment and Experience (Time: 12:30-15:00)

重新審視小農農耕 :走向新型食品環境和經驗(時間: 12:30-15:00)

3. Food supply chain: Food markets, consumption and social sustainability (Time: 16:00-18:00)

食物供應鏈:市場,銷售和社會可持續性(時間: 16:00-18:00)

4. Food policy, sustainable urban environment and global partnership (Time: 20:00-22:15)

食品政策,可持續城市環境和全球合作 (時間:20:00-22:15)

All section will be present in English or Putonghua (with Simultaneous Interpretation in English and Cantonese) 整個會議將 以英文或普通話表述,將同步翻譯為英文及廣東話)
