​With over 4500 hours of yoga teaching, Victor has lived in Beijing for six years, where he taught yoga in English and Putonghua. Now based in Hong Kong, he is also a qualified Pilates teacher and AntiGravity Fitness Instructor. Victor has run over 30 yoga workshops, retreats and teacher trainings in over 20 cities in China, Indonesia, New Zealand, Japan and India, specializing in inversions, arm balances and core strengthening, taught in a scientific and safe manner. He is a co-founder of the highly successful Mentorship Weekend Workshop - a post-graduation programme for yoga teachers in Hong Kong, helping them build up a tight yoga community and kick-start their yoga career.Celebrated for his playful teaching styles and attention to details, Victor has been a long-time Lululemon Ambassador and has twice been selected as one of “Top 10 Yoga Teachers” by Hong Kong Tatler, and as one of the “Top 13 Yoga Hunks” by Singapore’s Her World Magazine. He is also a frequent guest teacher at many major yoga festivals and events in Hong Kong and Asia at large.

Thanks to Zoom, we can still practice yoga together.This is an intermediate Vinyasa Class suitable for those with 6 months of consistent yoga practice. Expect some inversions and arm balances.Price? Donation based. This is a tough time for everyone so feel free to enjoy this class, or pay what you feel comfortable.
