Event description

Description

Zuckerberg and Winklevoss’s Facebook litigation was worth about $200 million in settlement. Apple and Samsung spent more than $20 billion on patent litigation in two years. Clearly, the last thing successful businesses want is to be embroiled in high-profile, costly and time-consuming disputes with uncertain outcomes.

As the world becomes increasingly interconnected, it is inevitable that modern day disputes involve cross-border elements. How do businesses effectively manage these disputes or factor potential areas of disagreements into their risk management policy?

Join us this evening for a session on common business disputes within and outside of the company and discover methods of dealing with such disputes.
