Finding Your Strength

Explore your identity, recognise your inner resources, and uncover new possibilities for growth. Through symbolic art- making and guided reflection, this group series offers a supportive space to reconnect with what makes you uniquely you.

Across a series of creative sessions, participants will be invited to:

• Explore Your Identity: gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your values, and what matters to you.
• Discover Your Strengths: recognise your personal qualities, inner resources, and existing capabilities.
• Unlock Potential: reflect on new perspectives, possibilities, and ways to approach life’s challenges.
• Connect & Grow: Share experiences in a safe, non-judgemental environment.

No artistic experience needed - the focus is entirely on exploration.
