Feng Shui: New land surveying perspectives

The art of Feng Shui has long been considered just that – an art. But Hong Kong’s Feng Shui masters have long been consulted on major decisions that have profound financial implications for businesses. Moreover, certain aspects of the tradition have been discovered to have overlapping principles with some land surveying practices, which could add more weight to the tradition’s academic value from an international perspective. For this CPD event, our guest speaker Thomas Lee will speak about these overlaps and findings, while also touching upon other related areas. Topics:

  • What is Feng Shui?
  • Feng Shui woodland as SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest)
  • Feng Shui assessment in tree survey
  • Court case expert witness
  • Feng Shui 2.0 scientific framework
  • Surveyors opportunities in Feng Shui study
  • Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) impact on heritage and land value

Following the presentation, we will have an audience Q&A session.

Note: 1.5 CPD hours (English)
