Grief doesn’t just live in the heart it weaves itself into the body. It shows up in the tightness of your chest, the heaviness in your shoulders, the shallow rhythm of your breath.
This workshop is a sanctuary to honor grief in all its forms. Through gentle yoga, mindful breathing, and compassionate presence, we will meet the weight of grief and invite it to soften, shift, and flow. Together, we’ll cultivate moments of release, ease, and quiet peace.
Alongside movement, we will share space for storytelling and reflection allowing your emotions to be seen, heard, and held without judgment.
This 2-hour gathering is open to anyone navigating loss whether of a loved one, a relationship, a season of life, or even parts of yourself. Here, you are welcome exactly as you are.
About the Facilitator
Monica Vera is a Certified Grief Educator and Certified Yoga Instructor who has personally walked through the depths of loss after the passing of close family members. Her own journey with grief has inspired her devotion to this work offering safe spaces where others can honor their losses and discover healing through movement, breath, and presence.
With a blend of professional training and lived wisdom, Monica guides with empathy, compassion, and care reminding us that while grief is universal, healing can be deeply personal and sacred.
