About this event
15-Hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training
This 15-hour aerial yoga teacher training programme is catered to experienced yoga teacher or yoga practitioners (not necessarily yoga teacher) who wish to advance their practices or teaching. This course is designed to provide you with a thorough and comprehensive aerial yoga training in both the practice and teaching.
One Yoga offers this programme hoping to grow our community of committed yoga practitioners. Our goal is to empower those who are dedicated to his/her personal practice through the sharing of knowledge, skills and tools we have learned in our journey; so that you too can be a teacher.

Our 15-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training will include the following topics but not limited to:
- Aerial Yoga Basics (history, schools, apparatus selection, set up , safety guidelines)
- Guiding Principles of Aerial Yoga
- Aerial Yoga Anatomy
- Flexibility Session (Shoulder, hips & backbending)
- Mini Sequence
- Art of Sequencing
- Teaching skills & practicum
Terms & Condition
Once signed-up, the programme is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment of tuition fee by bank transfer and online payment only.
Your place will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment as confirmed by us. Once payment has been made, you agree to all terms and conditions of the programme.
Certification
Upon graduation you will be awarded a certification of completion with which you can register with Yoga Alliance as continuing education.
Requirement
Applicants should have at least 3 months of regular yoga practice and prepare to commit to regular self-practice during the programme.
