This evening, we present "Fata Morgana," a reading performance that navigates the intricate landscape of yearning and the elusive pursuit of love.
Through intimate reflections penned during a time spent in Berlin, these personal stories by Lian Kian Lek explore the contours of identity and the courage found in embracing one's truth, even when societal winds blow fiercely against it. The experience delves into the deep-seated human need for connection and the profound sense of loss that can accompany desires that feel perpetually out of reach.

After the reading performance, artist Lian Kian Lek will engage in an exchange and dialogue with the audience alongside Hong Kong designer and artist Po Hung.
