Description:

Explore ways of creating and getting to know a character, starting with a draw along and moving into a character drawing game. Then interview your characters and discover things like where they live, who their friends and family are and what sort of problems they might have.

Suitable for children aged 8 and above.


About the Speaker:

Ben Clanton is the bestselling author of the Narwhal And Jelly series. His other series include Tater Tales and Ploof (co-created with Andy Chou Musser). He also collaborated on the books Papilio (created with Andy Chou Musser and Corey Tabor) and Aquamanatee (artwork by Cassandra Federman). Ben makes books on a houseboat in Seattle, Washington.
