Cancellation and Refund

If a refund request is received 5 days or before prior to the event, an 15% administration fee will be charged, and the postponement will be valid for 6 months since event date.

If a refund request is received within 5 days prior to the event or after the event, no refund will be eligible.

MyiCellar reserves the right of final decision in case of dispute.

取消及退款：

若在活動開始前5個工作天或更早收到延期申請，將收取額外15%的管理費，延期有效期限自活動日期起6個月內。

若在活動前5個工作天內或活動後收到延期申請，則不予退款。

如有任何爭議，MyiCellar保留最終決定權。
