Join the RICS Hong Kong Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Committee on an exciting evening of our launch of the D&I agenda. The RICS Hong Kong D&I committee is set up to provide a forum for industry professionals to discuss, communicate and collaborate on D&I initiatives to enhance an environment of diversity, inclusion and equality in the land, property, infrastructure and construction sectors.

Why D&I? It benefits businesses’ top and bottom lines and a sustainable business imperative! A diverse and inclusive work force is crucial for companies that are able to attract and retain top talents and is critical for organizations to innovate and adapt in a fast-changing environment. Workplace equality is in the front-of-mind for every business.

The evening will be highlighted by a panel discussion with business leaders to young champion from diverse industries.  Moderator and Panellists open discussion and sharing of personal experience on Gender, Ethnicity, Generation, Sexual Orientation, Nationality and Disability in the built environment.
