ESG Executive Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion

Diversity on corporate boards is a growing necessity for companies to thrive and grow in today’s environment. In this course, participants will take CEPⓇ program with a focus on the social aspect of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) and to gain an understanding of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). Participants will learn more about the current DEI trends in businesses and the reporting requirements, and to discover strategies on how to implement a diverse workforce and an inclusive workplace.

This programme is co-organized by iNNOVGoals Limited and WoMentors Limited in partnership with International Chamber of Sustainable Development (ICSD).

Certified ESG Planner CEP® is a trade mark granted by International Chamber of Sustainable Development (ICSD)* and registered with the United Nations SDGs Knowledge Platform. (Registration No.: 39533). This designation can be used after your name and aims to equip students with essential knowledge and skills to cope with the most pressing ESG issues in our world. CEP® holders are able to address sustainability problems and provide suitable advisory services.

Students must attend ALL modules:

• ESG for Business (3 hours)
• Social perspectives in Sustainablity (3 hours)
• Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (3 hours)
• Sustainablity Reporting (3 hours) and
• ESG Business Value Creation (3 hours)

Plus: a 500-word Application Paper (Chinese or English) to apply the methodology learned to solve a real-life ESG problem. Professional feedback will be provided.
