The event room can accommodate up to 13 guests.

What is the cancellation policy?

**More than 14 Days Prior:** 90% refund if canceled over 14 days before the event. **7 to 14 Days Prior:** 30% refund for cancellations made 7 to 14 days before. **Less Than 7 Days Prior:** No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days before.

Are there any drinks provided?

Guests will receive a complimentary drink during the event. For an additional fee of 1000 yen, guests can enjoy unlimited drinks (飲み放題), including alcoholic beverages and soft drinks.

In which language will the event be conducted?

The event will primarily be conducted in English. Kikuno-san will speak in Japanese, and our MC will provide translations and explanations in English. Guests are encouraged to ask questions in English.

Can guests arrange private sessions for their families or friends?

Yes, guests are welcome to contact us to arrange private sessions exclusively for their families and friends. If they wish to participate on a different day, they can also contact us for inquiries.
