Kind reminder:

• When Introducing Yourself: Share your career journey from school to who you are today. Use storytelling to make it engaging.
• Focus on Imaginative Scenarios: Use story-driven scenarios instead of personal financial details. For example, ask, “Imagine you have $200. How would you spend it?” This approach keeps conversations engaging and helps participants think critically about their financial choices without feeling exposed or uncomfortable.
• Simplify Complex Concepts: Explain challenging concepts in simple, relatable ways. Use analogies or everyday situations, such as comparing investment to planting a seed that grows into a tree. This helps girls understand financial concepts without feeling overwhelmed.
• Encourage Creative Thinking: Spark creativity and engagement by asking questions like, “If you were a business owner, what kind of business would you create?” or “If you could save money to go on an adventure, where would you go?” This empowers participants to think outside the box.
