MEET THE INSTRUCTOR

Parul Bhandari is the Founder of Cresta Consulting Co, a firm that provides management services for technology and digital transformation initiatives. Cresta Consulting's goal is to equip clients with customer-centric solutions and exclusive support services while launching new digital platforms or improving operational processes – especially for startups and sole entrepreneurs looking to scale their business digitally.

Parul has over a decade of experience in the Digital Transformation, Project Management and Process Consulting areas. She has held positions over the last 15+ years in APAC Regional roles at top banks, insurance, retail and logistics companies in Australia, India & Hong Kong. During her various relocation moves, Parul has continued to up-skill herself with elite certifications in Six Sigma, Project Management, LEAN and Digital Marketing.

She holds a Masters in Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology, Australia, and also serves as an active committee member for non-profit American Women's Association, especially catering to causes that help women getting back to work.
