Overview

In the seminar, the speaker has selected five local projects from his project portfolio, to illustrate the various technical content which include:

  • Contract Practice
  • Cost control
  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance etc.
  • Critical issues
  • Possible solutions

Each selected project has a specific objective for the purpose of client care and technical merits. Apart from technical issues, each project has its own project goal. Completion of a project has achieved the phase of project plan within a specific timeframe.

Linking up the project portfolio, project planning is crucial to business planning for corporates, in particular to those which possess a variety of properties and in need of project management leaders.
