What are the age recommendations for the Cupcake Making workshop?

The Cooking Class is suitable for children aged 3 and above. Children under 5 years old should be accompanied by an adult.

Can parents accompany their children during the activities?

Yes, up to 2 parents are welcome to accompany and supervise their children throughout the event. However, for the comfort of all participants, we recommend that only 1 parent actively joins the activities while the other parent can still be present to support and observe.

Is the Playroom Pass included in the ticket price?

Yes, the Playroom Pass is included in the ticket price. During the 1h 45m, you can enjoy 1 hour of cupcake making and 45 minutes of playtime at the Bimbo Concept Children's Residency.

Are tickets refundable if I am unable to attend the event?

Unfortunately, tickets for the Easter Hop event are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, we may be able to transfer your ticket to another available session, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
