Join me for an invigorating earthing session at the beautiful Quarry Bay Promenade! Earthing, or grounding, is the practice of connecting your body to the Earth's surface, which may offer numerous health benefits.
### Potential Benefits of Earthing:
- Reduced Inflammation: May help neutralize free radicals, potentially alleviating inflammation related to various conditions.
- Improved Sleep: Can regulate cortisol levels, enhancing sleep quality and aiding those with insomnia.
- Stress Relief: Connecting with the Earth may promote relaxation and ease anxiety.

### How to Participate:
Barefoot Walking: Walk barefoot on grass, dirt, or sand to connect directly with the Earth.

# 安頓練習活動於鰂魚涌海濱

**注意事項:**請戴上太陽眼鏡或帽子,因為我們將在海濱陽光下活動。
安頓練習(Grounding)是一種將自己和大自然連接的治療方式,讓皮膚(例如雙手或赤腳)接觸自然地面,通過感受自身與大地的連結來調整身心。
### 安頓練習 / 接地冥想的潛在好處:
- 減少發炎: 可能有助於中和自由基,緩解與多種狀況相關的發炎問題。
- 改善睡眠: 提升睡眠質量,幫助失眠者。
- 減輕壓力: 與大地連結有助於放鬆心情,緩解焦慮。
- 加速癒合: 可能促進傷口癒合,增強整體康復能力。
- 改善情緒: 一些參加者指出感到情緒更佳,壓力減輕。
### 參加方式:
- 赤腳步行: 在草地、泥土或沙灘上赤腳行走,親身與大地自然連結。
現時學界對安頓練習背後機制仍未有充足的了解,但有部分小型研究顯示,安頓練習能舒緩炎症、心血管疾病、肌肉損傷和慢性疼痛的影響,改善情緒和睡眠質素。未來需要更多的長期研究證實安頓練習的好處。不過,許多研究已指出這些練習(特別是有親近大自然元素的練習)有助改善情緒和提升幸福感。所以,周未時不妨走出戶外,到郊外感受香港怡人的風景和新鮮空氣,為自己好好充電吧!
